Sterling Minor

Sterling was our listing agent. She was always responsive, professional, great at talk to and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate broker.

Sterling was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always there when we needed her. She made the entire process easy, and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Sterling while purchasing our home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. Even after closing, she has continued to go above and beyond to help us navigate issues that have come up due to a lack of communication and follow-through from the seller’s side. She has continued to advocate for us, answer questions, communicate when needed, and help us work through things even though the transaction is technically over. What really stood out to us was that they didn’t just disappear after the closing papers were signed. They have continued to be there for us and make sure we feel supported throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, and having an agent who is willing to go the extra mile makes a huge difference. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their professionalism, communication, dedication, and willingness to truly advocate for their clients set them apart. We are incredibly grateful to have had them in our corner!

We appreciate how easy Sterling made the entire process. She was patient with us when we had questions, and super responsive every time we reached out. From listing to under contract was only about 10 days. I'm not sure it was even that long! We cannot say enough nice things about Sterling and her team. She made what could be a very stressful situation and turned it into a great experience!

Sterling was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responded quickly to every question we had, and was always willing to help, no matter the time of day. We always felt supported and confident knowing she was looking out for our best interests. She made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend Sterling to anyone looking for a dedicated, responsive, and trustworthy realtor!

She handled as many details as she could and gave me instruction on how to get through the rest. Always responded when I had a question. I like working with her.
