Stephanie is all around everything you could want in a realtor and more. She exceeded every expectation I had and I genuinely could not have gotten through this process without her specifically. She is incredibly knowledgeable with the market and with the process in general. She was there to provide her expertise and advice at every single corner. The best thing about her is her attentiveness. She was always there right when I needed her and I really couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience. This is our second time working with Stephenie. She helped us find our first home back in 2018. Fast foward to 2022 my wife and I grew out of our townhome and we were ready to find our forever home. We looked at a few houses with Stephenie but along the way we needed to put a pause on our house hunting and Stephenie was totally understanding and never pushed us but always let us know she was there when we were ready. So come mid/late 2023 we were ready again. Stephenie let us know what we needed to do to prepare our house to make it more appealing to sell. Come Feb 2024 we finally put out house up for sale. within 3 days we were able to get a great offer over asking price. At the same time we needed to buy a house. My wife and I were feeling the pressure of not being able to find something. but a few days later we found the perfect one !!!! With only 18 day escrow, we closed escrow on the townhome sale and a few days later we closed on our FURever home. CONCURRET CLOSINGS !!!! Stephenie went above and beyond throughout the whole selling and buying process and checked off all the boxes of what we were looking for. Living 10 minutes within our old place ( we love our area ) , less than 20 minutes from Disneyland, single story home, in a cul de sac, and open floor plan to make it our own. Over 1500sqft living space and 9112 sqft lot -- meaning a huge back yard for our FUR babies Chance & Maui. Throughout the years my wife and I have become more than just clients with Stephenie she has become a great FREIND too. Stephanie is a true professional. Her knowledge and experience made me feel confident with every decision we made throughout the entire process. The unit that she sold for me was not an easy sale due to the complexity of the association and other factors.
