We were in our beautiful house for almost 15 years. We had so many wonderful memories raising our four sons there and so the decision to sell was incredibly emotional and difficult for the whole family. Steve and his team handled the situation with compassion, understanding, patience, flexibility and their advice was spot on. This can be such a stressful thing to go through but Steve and Rob and the rest of their team really went above and beyond and were with us every step of the way. Its just a small thing but right at the end before our final walk through I had forgotten to remove a bunch of old items around the side of the house and rather than just tell me that it had to be dealt with, Steve arranged for it to be hauled that same day at his expense. Its meant so much to us as we were just exhausted and he recognized that and handled it. They were dead accurate on where they thought the house would trade and when we wanted to price it higher, they didn’t fight us on it but let us put it out there privately to see if we could attract any motivated buyers first. We ended up selling very close to the price they guided us to at the beginning that was backed up by comp and market analysis that they had presented to us in a very professional and well thought out presentation. Could not recommend Steve Walsh and his team high enough and we were lucky to have them on our side of the table.
