With all the work that goes into buying a house, (financing/ pre inspection/ work with contractors) Stephen kept us informed and organized during the process, making it a breeze. He was never pushy on buying just any house as it genuinely felt like he wanted what was best for us and our needs. When it came to touring properties, Stephen impressed us right away with his knowledge of each home and how he envisioned each property could be improved with specific renovations.
