Having never navigated the home buying process before, I found Stephen to be very helpful at understanding the different parts of the process. When he was unavailable, he always made sure his partner, Karla Stagman was available to assist. They both worked together to guide me through and make a very informed decision, in regards to price and quality. I feel like I could have been pushed into a higher priced home, but Stephen and Karla both seemed to genuinely want to find the right home, as opposed to the most expensive commission. From all fields, price per square foot, how property taxes are calculated, what the major problems with homes can be and how to navigate the offers, inspections, and deal with seller agents, I was informed and made aware of the quirks in each aspect. Anytime we had a question he answered he phone or called right back. When we finally found a property this past March, he walked us through the process with professionalism.
