Steve Stout made my home selling experience easy and pleasant. He spent several hours going through the house with me and assisting me with our game plan. He had good answers to every question I had, and really cared about helping me with every aspect of the preparation to sell. He always retuned my calls promptly and worked around my schedule. Whenever I needed a recommendation for any sort of contractor, he gave me several options so I could make my own choice. He organized showings effectively, and when I accepted an offer, he guided me through every aspect of the requirements for the closing. He really did a superior job and I know I could honestly not have done this without his help. He is without doubt the best realtor I’ve worked with. I recommend him without reservation.

Steve was a great realtor to deal with! He was very accommodating, strategic and patient! He helped me find the perfect home after a long search, and was very helpful after a difficult sale process. We had to submit multiple offers in order to get under contract and go through a lengthy home inspection process as well. I would highly recommend Steve!
