Steve was most helpful serving as my agent for buying a home. He listened carefully to what I thought I wanted in a house and and neighborhood, and asked questions to clarify my thoughts. He was observant and knowledgeable in pointing out strong points of the house and made helpful suggestions where some repairs or change might be called for. I did not find any surprises after I purchased the house. He has stayed in touch and is a resource for referrals and advice. I have recommended him to people with no hesitation and will continue to do so.
