We used Stephen's services to sell our house. Stephen is great at handling real estate negotiations and transactions for you and letting you go about your own business. This was our first home sale and the sale of the house was surprisingly painless compared to past buying experiences which were more stressful. Any time we had questions, Stephen did not hesitate and always had an answer on matters related to contracts, surveys, loans, title, pricing the house accurately, presentation, real estate locale information, etc. There are many real estate agents in this business, but many of them are not that knowledgeable and are just in it for the money. Stephen, on the other hand, knows the real estate business in depth and gets the job done. He is very responsive to calls, emails and texts and a masterful negotiator and works hard to get you a fantastic deal. I definitely recommend him.

Stephen was amazing as well as the organization he's with. He helped me purchase, and rent, a property, from out of state. No problem. He even steered me clear of some that seemed like a good deal, but explained why they might not be a great investment. If he didn't care, he would just throw an offer on anything and get the deal done fast right? He also sold the home for me when I had to, unfortunately, make some financial changes, that was also very smooth. Got a good price for it and moved it quick. Overall great experience with Stephen!
