Steve has been a long standing property manager for me as an arms-length real estate investor. When I decided to sell, I knew Steve would be the right choice. He helped me come up with an accurate pricing and marketing strategy, was very responsive and communicative and has lots of knowledge about the local market. Even in a slow market, Steve was able to oversee the process of getting my home ready for sale and finding the right buyer.
