He's a terrific agent.
I found Steve to be personable, patient, very thorough with all of the documents. He has strong negotiating skills which he put to use on my behalf. He has put forth the extra effort to try to find exactly the type of property I was looking for, and to make sure I know what's out there on the market. As an investor, as well as a homeowner, I wouldn't use anyone else.
