Stephen is a consummate professional. His market knowledge and ability to share it was very instrumental during the sale and closing of our house. He was always available to answer any question, untangle a situation and move the sale forward with ease. I had known Stephen from a previous business relationship which certainly helped but it was like I was working with an old friend, and I was! I would take his advice over anyone's in the field of real estate. His assessment of our prospects for a successful sale and his predictions were right on the mark.
