It was a great service experience with Stephen Lin. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I really impressed with his professional service. He is also efficient in providing all the services and courteous. It was an overall pleasant experience and excellent interaction.

Stephen is a phenomenal real estate agent, in fact the best one we have had. From day 1 of showing us houses, he has shown us he is thorough and knowledgeable about the housing market. And most importantly, he has integrity. As our buying agent, he did not allow us to overbid for a house, even in this ridiculous housing market. We never felt pressure to bid or not bid on a house--he said his goal was to keep the "buyer's interest" as his first priority. He was patient with us when we saw a number of houses we did not like. Also, he was there every step of the way even after we won the bid on the house, communicating with the other real estate agent and the lenders to make sure that we were able to close the sale without delay. Further, he has a great Rolodex of people that he knows--contractors, landscapers, etc--in the community. I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough and know that he is the best real estate agent in the area.

Stephen helped us purchase our dream home and also helped us sell our previous home as well. He was very patient with us, as we visited homes for over a year before finally finding the one we loved. On the sale, Stephen helped to prepare the house, provided insight into the market, and did all the work necessary to get the home in good shape to be listed. We really appreciate all of the work he put into helping us through the process!

My husband and I have the privilege of working with Stephen as a seller and a buyer. As a seller, Stephen and his staging crew and the photographer transformed our place into a model home look alike. Thus, we were able to sell our property at the price substantially higher than our expectation in three days after the open house. As a buyer, Stephen was able to negotiate a reasonable price for our dream home. He continued to oversee our loan process and our transition into our new home. I originally met Stephen a year ago when he was representing a buyer for the house nextdoor to mine. I was impressed with his assessment of the local market conditions/trends and his working knowledge of the area. Early this year I decided the time was right for me to seel my home. That's when I knew I'd chosen the right Real Estate agent to represent my house. The 2-day Open House drew scores of potential buyers and within 7 days yielded multiple offers over the asking price. Stephen evaluated the offers with us and even helped negotiate a FREE rent back period. The house ultimately Sold for $27k over asking...beating my wildest expectations. Now in the final stage of moving out, Stephen continues to check up and make sure everything is OK...not because he has to, but because he cares and is a diligent guy who follows through on his promises.
