The home we ending up purchasing was on the market for less than a day and Steve set up a showing just a few hours later and we fell in love and are now living comfortably in our new home. This is long overdue, but never late than never. When I went through the process of purchasing my first home, I couldn't have had a better agent to hold my hand throughout the Process than Steve. Steve was very knowledgeable and patient. His responsiveness was amazing, every time I called or texted or emailed him, he responded right away, if I wanted to see a particular home, he made himself available promptly to show me the home. He looked at every detail of each house we visited and gave me his honest advise on the negatives and positives. This really helped me in making an informed buying decision. We looked at several homes over a 15 month period, we lost out on several homes that I made offers on, but Steve never became impatient with me, in fact he encouraged me to be patient and the right home will eventually fall my way. When I finally found a house and my deal almost fell apart due to some unforeseen issues, Steve worked extremely hard in the last hour, making personal sacrifices to ensure I got my house.
