The process of buying a new home is so stressful. However, Steve made this process so much better by always being available for us. There was never a small or dumb question. He knew all the answers and where to get more information. This is our second home purchasing experience with Steve. He was amazing back in 2016 when we first purchased with him and has only grown his knowledge in homes. It was great having someone that knew about houses, because we surely did not. He helped us learn what to look for, what is best for our family and what we should let ho of when looking for a home. He was very patient with us and always offering to help with anything we were struggling in understanding. If we ever are in the purchasing market again, we would be calling him again.

We had a great experience with Steve. Buying a first home in a time of such inflated prices and irrational decisions, Steve was a stability for us. He was reassuring and continued to be encouraging while we went through the process. In the end we had very strong convictions about not doing something we felt uncomfortable with but at times it felt impossible to not cave on those convictions in order to just get a house. In a time of waved inspections, Steve got us a nice comfortable amount back in our inspection and closing process to complete projects on our house.
