Stephen is extremely professional and a very charismatic individual. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen at the beginning of this year in January 2020 and he has been incredible since the first day I spoke with him on the phone. At that time, I was out of state and Stephen helped me put an offer on a house that I ended up not buying which was a blessing in disguise. Thank God I waited some time and then, Stephen called me at the beginning of October and described my perfect home!! I saw pictures and I was thrilled to see this beautiful house in the San Bernardino County, which happened to be close to my brother's house (same community). I asked Stephen to help my mother and I get this gorgeous house and he said that he would do his best to help us. This has been an amazing dream come true, I still remember my conversation with Stephen in October and by November 16th of this year (2020) I had access to my property!! Stephen's knowledge about the real estate laws and policies made my transaction smooth and very efficient. I often called Stephen from 8:00 in the morning until late at night when I had urgent questions and he was always available and with encouraging words he made my worries disappeared. My transaction was challenging since there was a need of a co-signer and making sure all the documents that the lender needed were always provided that same day or early the next morning. Stephen was there to remind me of every document and signature that were needed, and every detail of the loan and keeping me constantly informed and updated through the entire process. During the final walkthrough, he even brought me a wonderful gift. I cannot express my gratitude and excitement for all that Stephen has done for my family and for me!!
