About Stephen

Born and raised in Sarasota County, Stephen Hart brings lifelong knowledge of Southwest Florida to every real estate transaction. As both a local agent and a neighbor, he understands the area's communities, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, fishing opportunities, businesses, and trusted service providers. He uses that insight to help buyers and sellers make confident, well-informed decisions. Stephen grew up in a real estate family. His father and grandmother were both successful REALTORS®, giving him an early education in negotiation, relationship building, and the details that move a transaction forward. Since beginning his own real estate career in 2017, he has continued to expand a strong professional network that includes real estate agents, mortgage professionals, attorneys, land planners, surveyors, and other local experts. After graduating with honors from Lemon Bay High School, Stephen attended Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Crisis Management from Liberty University. That education strengthened his ability to listen carefully, remain calm under pressure, and guide people through important life decisions. He combines those skills with his real estate experience to understand each client's goals, concerns, and priorities and to provide attentive, compassionate service from the first conversation through closing. Stephen's commitment to God and biblical principles shapes the way he conducts business. He strives to serve every client with integrity, honesty, trust, and excellence. In his first year in real estate in 2017, he earned RE/MAX Palm Realty's Rising Star Award. He has earned the RE/MAX Executive Club Award every year except one, when he focused on consulting rather than sales. Outside of real estate, Stephen enjoys fishing, boating, golf, dogs, and horses. He is also actively involved in his local church.
