When my parents were looking to move here from out of state, i liaisoned between them and their real estate agent who i was frustrated with because she was pushing my parents to settle and just buy something. They eventually stopped looking and ended their relationship with that realtor. I, however, was still going to look for them. Steve came recommened thru other local family and what a huge difference!! He was on it! He listened to details and produced! Not only what i was asking for but also pointed out ideas and suggestions i didn't even think of when looking at properties. I never had to Hound him down or wait to get appointments to view properties. And he has such a great personality. I used him again to sell my town home and buy a home, and it was 5 star service again!! I felt Steve was above and beyond with the attention & service he provided to me. Prompt with info, appointments, and i always felt like i was his only client the way i was treated. He also had connections with contractors etc that he's worked with who i did use for the repairs prior to selling...they were as fantastic and thorough as he was. My whole experience thru the sell/buy was seamless, so easy, and surprisingly pleasant. He was even in touch after i bought my home making sure i was good to go and happy. Steve is a gem and i'll never use anyone else. I recommend him to everyone. Love. That. Guy.

We were moving from Ohio to Florida and Steve helped with everything. From exploring different areas with us, to pointing out things in homes we didn't know looking for and guiding us through the home buying process in a new state. He answered any and all of our questions and helped us feel confident during the very stressful process of relocating. And when we couldn't be present, he was there on our behalf. Steve was great. We provided a list of what we wanted in a new home and the timeline of when we needed to purchase the new home/sell the existing home. He exceeded our expectations. Steve did not waste our time with homes that were not a good fit. We found a home within a couple of weeks of everything we wanted (location, # of bedrooms, and within the price range). The sell of our existing home was just as easy. We had several offers within the first couple of weeks of being listed. With Steve's help in negotiating a price, we accepted one of the offers and closed 30 days later. This was so easy and far exceeded our expectations.
