I've been in the Real Estate market since 2003, and I specialize in a handful of areas in town, namely Broward & Palm Beach County. What I've learned over the years is the key to helping my clients sell homes quickly and for the highest amount is knowing the area intimately. That's why I have deliberately narrowed my expertise to just a few areas ... and, interestingly enough, that's one of the reasons I've been ranked in the top agent in my office for the past four years! One of the marks of a great agent is their past success. It's not enough to just have special awards -- and I have many (I’m a member of Hall of Fame Club, I've been awarded the top two prestigious realtor awards, 100% club and Premier Agent, over the last two consecutive years, I've achieved Top Producing award 6 times in the last4 years). The real measure of a great agent could probably be summed up: what percentage of the agent's listings sell, how fast do they sell, and how close to the actual listing price do they sell. And my numbers share it all: 1. I sell 92% of the homes I list. 2. My homes average only 18.2 days on the market. 3. My homes have sold for an average 98.2% of the initial asking price. Those are impressive statistics in any market, but especially here in [your city]. And again, I think it goes back to the fact I specialize only in Palm Beach County and Broward County, so it gives me a "home turf" advantage, so to speak.
