We hired Stephen by a referral from a friend when starting to list our home for sale. We have worked with realtors before, but were so pleasantly surprised at his approach in preparing our home before we ever listed. He immediately provided all the resources needed to get our home in tip-top shape with repairs, cleaning, and staging, covering every single detail. Once listed, he used multiple marketing methods to reach potential buyers. Even with a seasonal slowdown, our home had more showings than most in the area and we were pleased to sell quickly and easily. Stephen was amazing and has become a great friend, as well. We turned right around and used him again for a new purchase and he was instrumental in making that a great move, as well. He has incredible resources for every detail. Stephen is a delightful person to work with when searching for a home.
