Stephen Bilowus

This is our second experience working with Stephen. We’ve both bought and sold homes with him, most recently we sold our home with Stephen- he made the process simple and stress free. He was extremely responsive and available 24/7 to answer all of our questions and concerns. He worked with our schedule and created a safe environment for showing our home during the COVID pandemic. He not only helped us stage the home for pictures and showings, but went the extra mile and even power washed our patio. He made sure we were informed and satisfied every step of the way, from negotiating with the prospective buyers to signing the paperwork during the closing. We wholly relied on his experience and knowledge, and as a result we found the right buyer and sold our home sooner than we had even hoped. I would use Stephen again and would recommend him to anyone who wants a stress free experience.
