Success with our first time VA Loan purchase!

I don't know if we could have done it without Steve. We were mostly on our own, buying our first home in a city we didn't know - during travel and movement restrictions, no less. Steve bent over backwards to help us with all things in-person that we had difficulty doing, including loads of video tours. He followed up with services to keep the processes moving, and he stayed on top of tasks and repairs to make sure we were getting what we expected. He is uniquely qualified to handle the complications of using a VA Loan during a station change. He helped us understand the buying process, he connected us with all the resources and people we needed, and he was able to relay sound guidance from personal experience. We are still learning from him, even after closing, about what to expect in the region and what to do with the home. All the meanwhile, he was critically supportive.
