Sold land near family home

Stephen and I met on BiggerPockets real estate social network. I called him cold, and he was extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and professional -- all from the very first time talking with him. I also valued that he is a veteran of the US Armed Forces. He helped my father and I sell a few lots of land that were near our old family home. We did the deal from out of town, with Stephen working on our behalf with local sellers. Stephen went above and beyond our expectations, especially as we tried to improve the value of the land by working with the county's office to improve the develop-ability of the land. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend Stephen Aki as a seller's agent!
