Wow! This guy is legit. We had quite the process to get our house and loan and we don't live in Ojai. It could have been really difficult having to go back and forth to do things to secure the house and all the paperwork and processes. Stephen made this so easy on us. As far as we knew, we could have been his only clients considering how much time he spent staying in touch with us about all the things going on (and there were a lot). Just when you think everything is good, something happens. Stephen was like the superhero of real estate. He was constantly stewarding us back to the top! My favorite quality is that he's not salesy. He didn't try to pitch us on anything really. He just guided us the way he would guide his own family.. He's extremely honest and now we have become friends with him. We would recommend him to help you get your next home (or second home!)
