This is not the first time we have turned to Stephanie to handle either the purchase or sale of a home. This time I was selling my home of over 22 years. It was time to downsize now that our children are grown. It was an extremely difficult decision, but once we had made the decision we wanted to get through it quickly and move on. Stephanie walked in with info on prices in the area, discussed our options in whether to list high and be willing to come down or list lower and see what action we got. As usual, my husband's choice won, and we listed high. She then walked through with me to give ideas of staging the home, gave me a list of people she recommends from movers, estate sales, home repairs, etc. I know from experience that these referrals have always come through as very high quality in the past and that made my decisions with this process much easier. When the house didn't sell quickly she called and spoke with my husband about lowering price. He also trusts her experience and agreed. We then had an offer within a short time and Stephanie was able to negotiate the very best deal for us. We only had a 30 day escrow so things moved so fast I thought we would never make it happen on time. But amazingly, escrow has closed and we are in our new home. So I want to thank Stephanie and her entire team, especially Chung Mi, for walking me through this transition in my life. I have in the past, and will in the future, recommend Stephanie and her team to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home around the Los Angeles area.
