Stephanie is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, to the process ,, you will be informed on what to expect,,, she is also truly a delight.. even if you don't need to buy or sell a house. I would suggest inviting her over for coffee. She is delightful... The only negitive about her office, is that she is their pitch lady.. once in contract we never talked to her again.. we then handed off to the office.. headed by Chung mi, they were just as pleasant and delightful.. and they are were on spot to getting my house sold.. which sold for some 16% higher than listed.. which Stephanie said it would do...
