Stephanie is very patient and anxious to find the house you want. She takes the time to listen to what you want. She devotes the necessary time to finding that special house! She is a very hard worker and honest with her clients be you a buyer or a seller. You can trust Stephanie as if you have known her all your life. She's also fun to be around.
I really could not have asked for a better experience, as Stephanie was there every step of the way with knowledge, honesty, patience, and expertise. Buying a home was an extremely smooth experience, and that is due to Stephanie 100%. When searching for a home, she made me aware of options I qualified for IMMEDIATELY after if was listed. If I expressed interest in them, she had me checking it out the moment I was available. Stephanie was the one waiting on me at every point of this process, I was never waiting on her. She was always extremely honest while we were viewing, and she was the first to point out anything that might concern me at a later time. She treated the process as if would be her living in the house, not me. (In a good way.) While waiting for the loan to go through, Stephanie was my most consistent point of contact. I felt stressed because there was a point when the loan process felt like it was at a standstill, but Stephanie was always willing to give her honest opinion on where she thought the process was at- and I appreciated that. A great experience. When it’s time to upgrade someday, I’ll reach out to Stephanie first.
Stephanie was amazing!! We have tried to sell in the past with no success. Then we had Stephanie help us and she told us exactly what to do and that if we took her advise it would sell. She was right! It sold within 2 days of being put on the market. I can’t express my gratitude for all her hard work in making this such a smooth transition.
