We had to travel from out of town to look at houses and she was so organized and had such a smooth game plan to make the best use of our limited time. Buying a home was an extremely smooth experience, and that is due to Stephanie 100%. When searching for a home, she made me aware of options I qualified for IMMEDIATELY after if was listed. If I expressed interest in them, she had me checking it out the moment I was available. Stephanie was the one waiting on me at every point of this process, I was never waiting on her. She was always extremely honest while we were viewing, and she was the first to point out anything that might concern me at a later time. She treated the process as if would be her living in the house, not me. (In a good way.) While waiting for the loan to go through, Stephanie was my most consistent point of contact. I felt stressed because there was a point when the loan process felt like it was at a standstill, but Stephanie was always willing to give her honest opinion on where she thought the process was at- and I appreciated that.
