Stephanie was very prompt to answer my original phone call at the beginning of my house hunting journey. Once done with my initial meeting with the lender, she helped me get right to business. She helped my Fiancé and I walk through 4-5 homes and was very thorough along side us understanding any concerns we had and help teach us what to look out for until the right one came along. Mine was a spontaneous home dropped into my lap to which I called Stephanie and told her "No questions trust me this is the one!". She got right to work on it, to which our offer was accepted less than 24 hours later! Once we were in the process, she was very punctual about my first two weeks in the buying process being sure to present me with all of the documents required for me to sign as well as the first realtor evaluation walk through. As some may know the process can be long and life can take its turns during it all, BUT Stephanie was there every step of the way, answering every phone call, every question and supplying me with all the support needed on what most think is a very stressful journey! Once our closing day came, her and I were unable to meet at the new home but she made it her priority to get me my keys and even leave me a gorgeous house warming gift on the counter of my new home. Stephanie has now not only become my realtor for life in the Northern California area but a close friend that answers the call with a smile that you can hear through the phone!
