Stephanie and her team are great with technology: text, email, and the compass app were great ways to share information and sort through listings. I was able to docusign everything. I purchased my home in the city and when it came to house showings, she was able to coordinate so many viewings in a single day all clustered in my desirable neighborhoods. We rode bikes from listing to listing at my request so we didn’t have to drive, park, Lyft, or Uber. I have a feeling that she will be using this trick for future clients shopping in the city. From there, she was excellent in setting up house tours that fit to everyone's schedule, and made sure we were up to date on what was going on in the market.
