From start to finish, A-Z, Stephanie is the complete package! We contacted her a year before placing

From start to finish, A-Z, Stephanie is the complete package! We contacted her a year before placing our home on the market to consult about what improvements were worth making and what we should not bother with. Stephanie carefully evaluated the house and yard and offered very detailed and reasonable advice on what would best prepare the house for sale. A year later we were planning our move and contacted her to help get the house ready and on the market. She helped with every aspect of the process, from recommendations for local contractors when requested, to decisions about staging and pricing. Stephanie helped us set a realistic timeline to get the many small details involved in preparing a house for sale scheduled. We did not always use contractors recommended by her, but when we did, they were very professional and did a good job. She has been working in real estate on the coast for many years and has solid, reliable contacts and a strong sense of what the market is doing on any given day. No question or concern we posed was too small or too large for Stephanie. She always responded promptly with solid advice and recommendations and was always pleasant, patient and highly knowledgeable. Meticulous and responsive

We met Stephanie as the listing agent on a house we bought Coastside. We were so impressed by her presentation and in-depth knowledge of the house and the local factors, that as experienced buyers we proceeded to use her services without the need for a buyers’ agent. We have not been disappointed. Whatever questions we had, whatever inquiries needed to be made, these were dealt with promptly and with maximum information content. She handled all the negotiations in a diplomatic and respectful manner. She was firm when necessary, and resourceful all the time. Stephanie used her considerable connections to find us an agent for a challenging homeowner’s policy and steer the escrow process smoothly and without drama. At the end, with minimal prompting, she made all the local introductions for us and connected us with trusted vendors for our new house needs. Should we ever need another house transaction on the Coastside or elsewhere in San Mateo county, we wouldn’t think too long about who to go to.
