It's important that you LIKE your Agent, because you WILL be spending alot of time together or on the phone due to many details of a sale or purchase. Stephanie was ALWAYS a pleasure to connect with, had good positive energy, and made everything simple. We were a group of 4 absentee sellers with an "as is" property; all sellers were in different locations, and she had to deal with that and ALSO with contracting workers for clearout/cleanout and maintenance of the property in our absence. SHE DID ALL OF THAT EXTRA WORK AT NO CHARGE TO US. She also NEVER complained, and moved everything along quickly and efficiently including the Open House. We had two offers within days and she expertly advised us on the best outcome, with which we all agreed and were pleased. I had no idea how exceptional Stephanie was until, a year later, I sold my house in San Diego, and I picked a "friend's sister" as realtor, out of loyalty. Again, it was an "as is" sale but the SD realtor said she would charge a Concierge fee to do what Stephanie had done for free! Also, altho I found the buyer for my house, the SD realtor would NOT negotiate her 3% fee even tho she did nothing for the sale, which happened before the house was even listed or photos taken! The SD house sale was unpleasant from start to finish; exactly the OPPOSITE of working with Stephanie, whom I HIGHLY recommend as an expert Realtor, and also for the pleasure of her company!

Stephanie was the best we could have hoped for. Her team helped us sell our home with no problems whatsoever. They have a team of local contractors who helped us spruce up the gardens, powerwash the property, and fix any minor isssues we have. All the processing documents were handled timely and we experienced no problems whatsoever.
