They were especially responsive on the front-end of home searching and they came through at the at closing in a big way by fighting for us to close on the house with fair terms. The communication did become more difficult during the middle of our journey and during the complex negotiations. There were points where we would have liked some more assistance. However, we left the overall experience on a positive note.
