In my opinion she went above and beyond to help us in any way she could. she came highly recommended by my daughter , she was very professional and really worked hard to help us find the perfect home for us. Ms. Osborne was very friendly, attentive, and was on top of things. Anytime I had a question about the property, contracts, or other documents, communication with the builder, etc, she got it addressed or clarified things so that I could understand. She is a go-getter and very professional. I think I have touched on it quite a bit, but I wouldn't have been more satisfied with this whole experience, especially since it is my first home, without having Ms. Osborne right there with me.
