She explained convoluted laws in layman terms and effectively lead us through the Renovation, For Sale, Contract and Closing processes. Stephanie Osborne created a pamphlet with home details that was left on the counter at the house to answer prospective buyers' questions and give buyers all the information they need to make and offer or to effectively compare properties. She made weekly visits to the house to keep the listing fresh looking and my wife and I informed. Once she found a bird in the house and removed it. Stephanie provided me a very professional explanation of the services she would provide and her performance exceeded our expectations. She is a highly effective communicator and kept us well informed through all phases of the sales process. She willingly inspected the property during the renovation process and made relevant recommendations. She even brought an Interior Designer, at no cost to us, in to help with difficult design and color decisions.
