My wife and I decided to work with Stephanie Maric through Long and Foster after she was so highly recommended through word of mouth, and she and her team exceeded all expectations. We found a house we loved on a Thursday, toured on a Saturday, placed an offer on Monday, and found out later that day our offer had been accepted- both because it was competitive and because her team (who works with Prosperity Mortgage) has an awesome reputation for reliability and efficiency.
