My wife and I highly recommend Desiree Owens and the Legal Team. We were looking for a realtor to sell our home in Lanham, MD and my wife remembered Desiree, a realtor we met at an open house during our last home search. We met with Desiree and Stephanie Maric (Team Leader) to discuss the sale of our home. They came to our home with a full proposal containing data for us to consider to sell our house. We were thoroughly impressed by the proposal. It included data and justification for everything they recommended to us (e.g., staging, list price, etc.). They answered all of our questions with well thought out responses. We knew immediately after the meeting that we wanted to move forward with Desiree as our realtor and the Legal Team. We didn’t even want to meet with any other realtors because of their presentation of services, and exemplary professionalism. We walked through the entire house to discuss next steps with preparing our home to go on the market. We really appreciated their approach, recommendations and justification for what we should and should not do to our home and their recommendations saved us some money. We listed our house on Thursday, had an Open House on Saturday and Sunday and we had a full price offer by Monday. We were very pleased with that outcome, but that did not end the support and guidance they provided. When we got the home inspection report back and the buyers made some out of the ordinary requests, Desiree and Stephanie walked us through the entire process which led the buyers and us as the sellers to a compromise we both were satisfied with. Desiree was very responsive to all of our questions and needs throughout the entire process and we really appreciated it. We are grateful for all of the support we received from the Legal Team to help us sell our home.
