Stephanie was terrific from the beginning to end. She put me in touch with a wonderful team to make upgrades so the house would have a Wow factor. The house sold for way more than list and even before the first open house. I live out of town and I was able to completely rely on Stephanie to coordinate things in my absence. Stephanie's enthusiasm was over the top in a good way. She was also very understanding of the emotional attachment I had with the house and was sympathetic to my feelings. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Stephanie. I 100% recommend her if you are selling or buying a house.
