Stephanie Janower was great. In fact, she's an anomaly in today's world....she shows up, always prompt, works hard, she's professional yet personable, she's always done her research, she knows the answers to whatever questions you may have because she's done her research, she's very familiar with the market, when she takes you to see a property she knows exactly where it is, returns calls/texts/emails promptly with answers to your questions and she's a delight to work with. Stephanie was a pro at finding us a second home in Scottsdale! We had very specific criteria about the type of condo, location, HOA, amenities, etc that we were looking for. Stephanie was always a step ahead of us as new listings came on the market. She built rapport with seller agents and our banker and even eventually our new HOA's president along the way, getting us the information needed to find the right place, win a bidding war, and land in a quick close. Our new place is exactly as expected, and we own it because of Stephanie and all of her efforts!

Stephanie did a great job for us! Not only were the results fantastic but her service was great. First, the results. The listing went live on a Thursday and she held an open house on Saturday. Over 30 people or groups saw the house through Sunday. By Saturday evening we had two offers and on Sunday decided between 5 offers, selecting one that was significantly above the listing price. Second, her service. She brought in an interior designer to advise us on how to stage our house for maximum appeal. We followed her advice on pricing the house . She counseled us in choosing among the offers, helping us evaluate all facets of the offer — price, financing, closing date, and other terms. Her service didn’t stop after we accepted the offer. She helped us deal with the buyer’s requests for information, attended the inspection and walk-through, and responded promptly to any questions we had.
