These ladies are amazing. They tell you honestly what you need. If you listen, you will not be disappointed. They know what they're doing, they do this for a living. If you decide you decide you know better, you're fooling yourself and you will not get top dollar for your property. Further, they will take great care of you. They will help you sell, donate, dispose of, etc., the (mosts likely) massive amount of accumulate 'stuff' in your home that you do not want to have to move.
