Sue Ann, Stephanie, and Josh were fantastic! They were patient and understanding, and worked with my wife and I to help us buy a house within our budget. On top of it all, the process was fairly quick, especially after we started to seriously look at homes! In the end, we spent maybe 2 months shopping and put in 8 offers total before closing on a house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a home! Strenuous circumstances or not!

Great experience! Steph & Sue Ann were always available to answer any questions we had. They walked us through the process prior to our sale and continued to walk us through the process during the prepping and selling process. They were pleasant and easy to work with. They assisted in helping us sell material goods through various avenues. They also helped get us in contact with a plumber that was needed for a minor problem at the last minute. They took care to make sure we were continuously informed and comfortable with the process. We would recommend and would use them again.
