As military buyers relocating to Virginia from out of state, we had only 1.5 days to tour homes, and Stephanie cleared her schedule to make the most of our time. During tours, Stephanie looked beyond the surface and helped us evaluate important details we could have easily missed, including HVAC, utilities, wells, septic, electrical systems, and other major home considerations. She handled all the paperwork, coordinated inspections and professionals, and even completed the final walkthrough when we could not be there.
