Stephanie set aside an entire weekend to work with us on finding a house, as we had to fly into the area. Thankfully, we found the house on the first day, after looking at half-a-dozen. She worked late into the evening to setup the offer and provide a response from the owners. During the entire closing process, she answered questions, worked with us on the inspection (due to needing to fly back into the area), kept us apprised of what was happening, ensured the lender and title company continued moving forward, and she provided a virtual walk-through. Overall, out of the 5 or so real-estate agents I've worked with, she is the best. I cannot recommend her enough, and I would work with her again.

As a first-time home buyer with my fiancée, we were incredibly grateful to have Stephanie as our realtor. She was extremely responsive throughout our the entire process, matching our late evening communication with the many questions first-time home buyers have. New to the area, we came a great distance to view houses. We appreciated that she was extremely efficient with our time based on how she scheduled our viewings. Based on her knowledge of the market, she created the timelines necessary so that we could view houses, including our home. As someone who has spent her life here, Stephanie was able to answer a lot of questions about the area, and provide recommendations based on where we were looking. During the process of viewing houses, she was helped us identify potential areas of concern within the houses we viewed or based on their location. This included potential wear and tear of appliances or floors, age of house infrastructure like HVAC units, and proximity to I95 or other double yellow roads. Once we viewed our current house, she was helpful in working through the offer process and having a us coordinate a very aggressive schedule for closing (which the sellers insisted on), which occurred in less than 35 days from the day made our offer. During the closing we identified a few areas of concern with the house that we purchased. She successfully was able to negotiate a significant amount of compensation to have our concerns addressed. Once we officially closed on the house, she still continued to check in on us through the first couple of weeks. We did experience a significant piece of maintenance that could not have been foreseen during our inspection. We used Stephanie's recommendation to have it addressed and were very satisfied with the outcome. We would certainly use her again if we needed realtor services in the future.

Stephanie helped my wife and I during a very difficult time for us. She was caring, understanding and followed through on everything she said she would. She made the sale of our home SO easy. She had someone come out and take professional photos quickly and once we hit the market she booked showings immediately and wasted no time with marketing to include post cards, all internet sites, and I’m sure she did more that we didn’t know about/see. Our home sold in NINE days and I truly believe it was because she is amazing and she knows how to “sell”.
