Stephanie Herron

Stephanie Herron handled a complicated, unusual sale for me. I own the home she sold for me at 22935 W. Pima St. in Buckey, AZ, but I live out of state and wasn't able to be present for any part of the process. This added extra resposibilites to Stephanie's work for me. She hired housekeepers, landscapers, and movers for the furniture left by the tennant inside the house. She facilitated communication between these companies and me. Stephanie went more than the "extra mile" she went an extra ten miles on my behalf. I recieved all my contracts, disclosure forms, etc through email, and Stephanie helped me though the signing process when I needed assistance. Stephanie is very professional, but she's also kind, empathic, and has a sense of humor in what occasionally became chaos in my particular case. I'm confident future sellers and buyers will find Stephanie a pleaure to work with, and that, whether selling or buying, she'll get the job done right for them.
