Stephanie was incredible! She had great communication and always kept us informed. She also had great follow-through and insight regarding the market and the home buying process. She did not pressure us to make any decisions and she was dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. She always had our best interests at the forefront and advocated for us. We would recommend her and have recommended her to anyone looking to buy a home. As first time home buyers we were worried and apprehensive about the home buying process, but Stephanie always made us feel comfortable and always shared her wealth of knowledge and insight. We are so thankful for and all her hard work!

Stephanie is not only an excellent real estate professional but also an amazing person. She not only managed to find us our first house in a beautiful neighborhood in Sylvania but helped and guided us every step of the way and tried to make this experience as stress free for us as possible. She would reply promptly to all my queries (and worries :) ). From managing viewing on short notices due to our busy schedules to actually guiding us in each step of becoming first time home owners, she was there. It's going to be a year since our closing now and I've contacted her several times for different queries in the past months and she always helps me in every way possible. As a first time buyer, working with Stephanie was great. A realtor I'd contacted earlier in the hunting process never got back to me after our initial conversation, but Stephanie was quick to respond from beginning to end. She did a great job of providing me with numerous options to explore and adapted well based on what I did and didn't like. WOW! Absolutely amazing! First of all such amazingly kind hearted person, it's like we have known Stephanie forever, she has definitely become part of our family. My husband and I were looking for our first home and both had crazy busy schedules. Stephanie would rework her schedule to be able to show us houses. She let us found houses on our own and would then be able to show us. Many times we had last minute changes about seeing houses with schedule and she was always excited to help and changed right along with us. Secondly we were trying to get into a house before our wedding that was July 21st. We had found a house June 3rd and Stephanie helped us close completely and had keys in our hands by July 4th! She was phenomenal with speeding up our process!!! She was always there to answer questions and explain papers and the process to us. By far Stephanie is the best to work with! We love her and will strongly recommend anyone to work with her!

Stephanie is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. But even better is she's very personable, kind and cares about what her clients want and need. She guides without ever pushing which to me was such a relief. Stephanie made our buying process so easy and stress free. She was in constant contact with the sellers agent and our lender which left us very little to have to worry about.
