I'll begin my review by laying some context. I've dealt with a lot of realtors, as I'm active in the RE market. I work with agents all across the US and it is without a doubt, I choose Stephanie as one of the best that I have ever worked with. My situation in Toledo was going to be a challenge from the moment I talked to Stephanie about listing. Not only did the property need a major uplift on TLC but it also required a lot of additional communication support, reality-check on accuracy of property management claims, and a buyer that had the ability to see the value and opportunity in its structure. Within hours of listing, Stephanie already began receiving offers. She had already showed a couple in-person tours and sent me photos/videos, latest assessment of each tenant's living status, and updates from interested buyers. This was the most honest review of my property in the last few hours than I had received from my property management in the last year of owning that place. What truly separates Stephanie from the rest? My lower tenant had decided to leave the unit without notice and left a ton of trash and unpresentable. In an ideal situation, property management would be at the unit immediately to handle clean up, repairs, and prep to ensure potential buyers get a tour of a clean property, strong visual representation of their potential new investment / home, and constant updates about next steps in the process. Instead, I received an email at 11pm from Stephanie with photos/videos of my property, where she had gone for hours, by herself, to take trash out, clean up, tidy, and make presentable for the upcoming inspections and in-person walk throughs. This was my realtor doing this! I closed this deal in 1 week, with no hassle or issues because of her proactive communication, eagerness to support and treat the property as her own, and be genuinely human in the entire process. Honesty and trust are hard to come by in this industry. Stephanie is both and more.
