Stephanie was immediately warm and understanding of my family’s situation when she answered my call about a real estate ad. I knew right away I wanted to work with her. I did not know I would want to be friends with her for life. But I do. It’s not just her experience, intelligence, honesty, and integrity (plus a fun sense of humor!) that makes her great to work with; it’s the way she listens, and deeply understands all my quirks and preferences and aversions… And I’m as picky as they come, especially for someone on a budget, not to mention prone to strong emotions! Stephanie maintains a steady equilibrium throughout the ups and downs of house selling and buying. She was amazing at negotiating the timing needs of my buyers, my sellers, and my buyers’ buyers – Whew. She found me a Covid-safe place to stay for a few days until my sellers were able to vacate the home I’d just bought…Who does that?!! WOW. You know what else she did for me? She bonded with my old cat in a way that made her the first realtor I’ve trusted to REALLY be sure Budzer didn’t sneak out a door. And did I mention how she shared her beautiful plants with me to adorn my house when we put it on the market? There’s no way to put into words the grace and professionalism and caring Stephanie brought to our shared real estate journey. I was so lucky, so blessed, to find her and have her help.
