Stephanie really cared how we were feeling about selling our home. Her communication with us was invaluable which helped us remain positive. She made sure we understood every step of the process - from why the selling price of our home was what it was to understanding the verbage in all of the paperwork. Stephanie's attention to detail was beyond the norm -from suggesting how to make our home more "sellable" to helping us make sure we had all the correct documentation for the closing.
