I have known Stephanie for close to ten years now -- she helped me to buy my first home and also sold it for me recently when I had to move. Stephanie humbly says a "good agent" does what she does, but I have a hard time believing that ALL agents go above and beyond the way she does! I was having a particularly hard time when I had to sell, and she handled EVERYTHING for me, even down to EVERY single phone call that had to be made to ANYONE throughout the entire process. She was also selling my home, a small ranch, during a time when oil and gas companies were extending leases to land owners, and went even farther above and beyond to learn everything she could about this process, the leases, and how the transition would work to a new landowner; I can tell you the other agent did NOT do this and we were the ones explaining the complexities to the new owner! Stephanie isn't afraid to tackle challenging sales, or even sales a bit outside of her norm. I've had agents in the past steer me away from short sales and foreclosures because THEY didn't know how to handle those very well. Stephanie will NEVER do this to you! She isn't afraid to step up to any challenge to sell or buy for you. She says this is what a good agent does, but I can tell you .. not really. This is what STEPHANIE does! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I can also tell you that in the past, when I had worked in the Denver news market, Stephanie was the one ReMax elected to do the interviews I needed.
