My name is Joe from Wisconsin, we started are moving process from a call to Karen Bolyard realty in Greensboro. She put in touch with Stephanie and he we go!!!! We met with Steph when we were here in august and seen a few houses with her. She went out of her way to help us find a home, weekends and every day in between. We had to leave to go back to Wisconsin but felt comfortable with Steph. Steph kept working and looking for our new home and now she knew what we wanted. This was very different since we were in Wisconsin but Steph would FaceTime us the places she would go see. Things were crazy and had one house not work out but found another one that did. Steph actually put us on hold to talk to a neighbor across from the house we eventually bought. That is exactly what I would’ve done. She been a unbelievable realtor but a even better freind. 6stars out of 5 from me. Like I’ve told her many times, Steph your the best!!!!
