We met with Steph when we were here in august and seen a few houses with her. She went out of her way to help us find a home, weekends and every day in between. When we decided to move to North Carolina we had no idea that we would find a realtor like Stephanie!! She is the best! She went out of her way to show us some houses and understood what kind of house we were looking for immediately. We ended up going back to Wisconsin and trusting Stephanie with finding us our home. Stephanie, was a blessing to us during the purchase of our home in Greensboro. My husband and I were downsizing from a home in Virginia and we needed a realtor who could serve us long distance. At first we were not sure that having a realtor who was related to the sellers would be objective in negotiating in our best interest.
